EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : The Post Graduate Diploma or Degree of a Statutory University in Peadiatrics or General Surgery or General Medicine or Gynaecology or Anesthesia or Psychiatry or Ophthalmology or Orthopedics or E.N.T. or Radiology or Pathology  or Chest & TB physician or Dermatology or in any other Specialty as specified  in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956); or The MBBS Degree of a statutory University or any other qualification as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956)

  3. All other Posts: Bachelor‟s Degree from a recognized University  or equivalent.
SELECTION PROCESS : After the Written  Examination and the  Interview /Skill  Test/Computer Proficiency Test/Document verification  wherever applicable  and the descriptive/on-line test,  the Commission will draw up the All India Merit List for each  category of post/State  for those candidates who have qualified in the descriptive /on-line test  and    as many candidates as are found by the Commission to have qualified in the Examination shall be recommended for appointment for each category of post/State  upto the number of unreserved vacancies available, taking into consideration option for the posts
ADMIT CARD DOWNLOAD : Candidates can download admit card online from the ssc official website before the written test exam .
APPLICATION FEE : All Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from  paying application fee, as per extant government orders.
  1. For Paper or Off-Line Applications,  candidates should pay the fee by means of "Central Recruitment Fee  Stamps(CRFS)"only.  .CRFS  stamps are available at    all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and  got cancelledat the Counter of Post Office of issue with the date stamp  of the Issuing Post Office in such a manner that the impression or the cancellation stamps partially overflows on the Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the  identification of date and Post Office of issue at any subsequent stage. After getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidate must submit their application to the concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the  Commission in the usual manner after completing other formalities.
  2. The candidates submitting their applications  On-Line should pay the requisite fee only through State Bank of India  Challan or on-line account with SBI. Challan form will be generated on-line

SELECTION PROCESS : Selection process for various posts are as given below

For the  post of Station Controller/Train Operator/Jr.  Engineer  (Stations)  -  the selection methodology will  comprise four  stage process  –  Online Test,  Psychometric  Test, Proficiency in Tamil  followed  by Medical examination in A1  category.  For details about Medical Standards visit CMRL website.

The  Online  test  consists  of    multiple-choice objective type questions  (40%  General Aptitude and 60% Subject knowledge). There will be no negative marking. The Paper shall be of two hours duration.
Successful candidates based on the  Online Test, Tamil proficiency Test and Psychometric Test (only
for Post Code no  -01) at Chennai, shall be called for Medical Examination.  Certificate verification  (with reference to originals)  will be undertaken prior to joining CMRL.  Test will be conducted  tentatively in  March/April 2013.The same  may be  subjected to change.  Candidates are requested to be in constant  touch with CMRL website for any updates.

He/ she need not purchase the separate prospectus or fill his form manually on OMR Sheet.

FEE PAYMENT DETAILS:
  1. Making payment through Bank Challan == After filling the Online Application, candidate has to take a print out of his filled up application and bank challan(in 3 copies) through which he / she has to deposit cash (fees) in the nearest Syndicate Bank branch. Bank will return two copies of challan duly stamped. Candidate will retain one copy of the challan. He / she will Information Bulletin-AIEEA-PG-2013 enclose the second copy (duly stamped by the bank) with his / her filled in computer generated confirmation copy printout and send it to COE (Edn.) by post at the given address.
  2. Making payment through Credit / Debit card  == using Payment Gateway of Syndicate Bank During online filling of the form, candidate can also opt for making fee payment through Credit card / Debit card using Payment Gateway of Syndicate Bank. In this case the candidate will make payment directly through his computer and will not be required to visit the bank. Receipt of such payments/application is  Confirmed immediately.
  3. Making payment through NEFT  ==  While filling the form the candidates may also opt for ‘Payment through NEFT’. When candidates have selected this option, after filling the form, a NEFT Challan shall be generated. The candidates can take a print out of this Challan and send NEFT remittance through any branch of any bank. In such cases, the candidates must fill the information as available in the NEFT Challan generated through ICAR website. The candidates must obtain the UTR number from the Bank through which they have sent NEFT remittance. RESULTS:
The result of the AIEEA-PG-2013 is likely to be declared after 3rd week of May 2013 and will be placed on ICAR website.The copies of the result will also be displayed at the Examination Cell of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan II, Pusa, New Delhi-110 012.

WBJEE 2013 WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2013
WHAT IS WBJEE2013?
 It is the Common Entrance Test for admission to different degree level courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self Financing Technological Institutes in West Bengal.
AGE LIMIT :
  1.  For Non-Marine Engineering course:Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age as on 31.12.2013. There is no upper age limit.
  2. For Marine Engineering course: Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age or above as on 31.12.2013and must not be above 25 (twenty five) years of age as on 31.07.2013; as per guidelines of appropriate authority .
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ELIGIBILITY :
  1. For Engineering/Technology & B. Pharm courses otherthan Marine Engineering: Candidates must pass Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 level) or its quivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) and with at least 30% marks in English  (for all categories of candidates) besides having individual pass marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Vernacular (or any other fifth subject).
  2. For Marine Engineering Course: Candidates must pass Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 level) or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together and with at least 50% marks in English either in 10th or in 12 th Standard besides having individual pass marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Vernacular (or any other fifth subject).
  3. For Architecture Course: Candidates must pass Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 level) or its quivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) and with at least 30% marks in English  (for all categories of candidates) besides having individual pass marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Vernacular (or any other fifth subject)., must qualify in the  NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhiand necessary document in this regard is to be produced at the time of Counselling.
EXAM PATTERN :
“WBJEE-2013” Examination, candidates need to appear in 3 (three) papers in the form of written test, to be conducted physically at various Examination Centres with  Pen and Paperi.e. as  OFFLINE
Examination. The subjects will be:  i) Mathematics, ii) Physics & iii) Chemistry. 
APPLICATION FORM :
Irrespective of his/her category and gender, a candidate applying for WBJEE – 2013 has to pay Rs. 500/-
(Rupees five hundred) only, as application fee, through ONLINE mode. An extra service charge of Rs. 6/-  has to be paid by the candidates. The candidate, onsuccessfully uploading the PERSONAL DETAILS; will be directed to the webpage containing process of payment of application fee. The candidate has the option to choose any one from the following modes of payment:
  1. Payment through Allahabad Bank e-Challan:  The candidate has to select “Allahabad Bank e-challan” to submit the application fee through bank. As soon ashe selects it an e-Challanwill be generated containing details of the candidate. The candidate has to takea printout of the same and take it to the nearest  Core Banking Service (CBS) facility enabled Branch of the Bankfor making  payment. After payment, the candidate has to login to the system and upload thedetails written on the e-Challan by the bank official. When the details are uploaded, the Confirmation Page will be generated.
  2. Payment through e-Post Office:  The candidate has to select e-Post Office mode if he/she desires to submit the application fee through one of the e-Post Office connectivity enabled Post Offices in the State of West Bengal. As soon as he completes that a  RECEIPTwill be generated containing details of the Candidate which is required to be printed by the candidate and taken to the nearest  e-Post Officeconnectivity enabled Post Officefor making  payment. After payment, the candidate has to login to thesystem and upload the details written on the receipt by the Post Office. When the details are uploaded,the Confirmation Page will be generated. 
APPLY PROCESS :
Application has to filled up ONLINE at the portal of the Board, http://www.wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates need to visit the portal and CLICK the  requisite link ONLINE APPLICATION WBJEE – 2013 and thereafter will be directed to the actual application form. The form is interactive in nature and the  fields required to be filled up are categorized in different sub-sections. Fields MUST be filled up as they are MANDATORY, otherwise the application will NOT get uploaded / submitted. The application form is broadly categorized into: PERSONAL DETAILS &FEE PAYMENT DETAILS. Candidates need to fill in the first part i.e. PERSONAL DETAILS and will thereafter be directed to FEE PAYMENT DETAILS. Filling up of fields will be interactive in nature. As soon as the cursor is taken toa certain field, a cursor tip MESSAGE will be shown to the candidate to assist in filling up. In case ofdifficulty, the HELP icon placed right next to the  field will redirect the candidate to that section of the Brochure which deals with the filling up of the said field. [10] On completion and submission of the PERSONAL DETAILS, the system will generate a unique 7-digit numeric  APPLICATION NUMBER  for the candidate.Once an Application Number is generated, the candidatemay logout of the system.
ADMIT CARD DOWNLOAD:
After the last date of receipt of Confirmation Report and upon completion of verification of the same  by the Board, an Admit Card will be generated indicating the allotted Examination Centre for WBJEE 2013
and a downloadable version of the admit card will be published on the respective domain of the andidate
concerned in NIC website of the board.  An Examination Roll Number will be generated for each candidate.Furthermore, a physical copy of Admit Card will be  sent to the applicant by Speed Post. However, the Board will not be held responsible for loss of Admit Card in transit. In case the applicant does not receive the physical copy of the Admit Card sent by post, well before examination; he/she may download the soft copy of the same from the website and can appear in the examination at the concerned Examination Centre indicated in the downloaded Admit Card on production of the same along with the following documents-
  1. Identical two copies of the original photographs(as pasted in the Confirmation page) duly attestedby
  2. the Head of the recognized Institute last attended.
  3. Photocopy of the filled-in Confirmation page of WBJEE-2013.
  4. Postal slip for despatch of filled-in Confirmation page (by Speed Post).
  5. e-Challan/Receipt for application fees (Candidate copy)
  6. Original Admit Cards of Madhyamik (10th standard) or equivalent examination / H.S.(10+2 standard) or
  7. equivalent examination.
Declaration of the Results of ‘WBJEE - 2013’:
Results will be available in the website of the Board, and some other websites which will be announced in various electronic/printing media before declaration of results.
